Protect the invention in 10 countries
The international patent application must now enter each country one by one, before the legal deadlines. Every contribution goes to official fees, patent attorneys and translations.

A patent protects the invention only in the countries it enters
The international application holds the invention’s place until the deadlines. From then on, each country has its own fees, attorneys and language, and a country that is not entered in time can be lost.
Legal deadlines: 17 February 2027 for the United States, China, Japan, Singapore, Canada and Brazil; 17 March 2027 for Europe, South Korea, India and Australia. The money must be ready by 31 January 2027.
